With 36 years of experience, Dana Schmaltz is a seasoned Master Stylist known for her precision cutting and love of bobs — especially inverted and layered styles that are classic, sleek, and versatile. Inspired by her mother, a former hairstylist, Dana built her career on passion, continued education, and genuine client connection.

She specializes in cutting and curly hair, offering thorough consultations and personalized plans to help clients achieve healthy, manageable styles they can confidently maintain at home. Dana’s chair is a welcoming, judgment-free space where comfort, collaboration, and great hair come together.

With 15 years in the beauty industry, Gina brings both experience and passion to every client she serves. She specializes in color refreshes, including highlights and lowlights, creating natural, dimensional looks that enhance each client’s unique style.

Gina’s love for hairstyling began at a young age, inspired by the energy and creativity she experienced in her mom’s friend’s salon. That early spark grew into a career after attending cosmetology school right out of high school. She went on to build her skills as an assistant and stylist before taking the leap into salon ownership.

Now proudly working independently at Be Salon, Gina has created a space where she can focus on what she loves most—making people feel confident, refreshed, and beautiful. She feels incredibly grateful to do what she loves every day for clients who have become like family.

Outside the salon, Gina enjoys traveling the world with her family, cooking, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
